We are excited to participate in this year’s Bikers for Boobs Breast Cancer Bike Run. The event consists of five stops, including Scooter’s in Flint (off Hill Road), PD’s Pub, Navistar and Lasco Ford and ending at Bubba O’Malleys on Belsay Road in Burton where there will be food, prizes, raffles and sampling. We will be on-site at all of the stops, offering great deals and coupons. So come on out, score some great offers on your next automotive service and support a great cause!

We participated in all of the Back to the Bricks events again this year. We were set up at each event with a tent and plenty of great stuff to give away including coupons, free oil changes, free water and candy for the kids. Everyone also had a chance to enter to win a free set of tires and a chance to win a year of free oil changes by guessing the number of nuts and bolts in a jar. Overall we had a great time and a great turnout!

We were at the following events during Back to the Bricks 2011:

August 16 – US 23 Drive in Movie Theater

August 17 – Flint & Grand Blanc Mega Sites during the cruise

August 18 – Flint & Grand Blanc Mega Sites during the cruise

August 19 – Downtown Flint central flat lot vendor

August 20 – Downtown Flint central flat lot vendor

Hi-Tech Tire Throw

Hi-Tech Tire joined forces with Fox 17 television station in Grand Rapids for the Hi-Tech Tire Throw in the Fall of 2010. Participants who visited various high school football games last Fall had a chance to win a FREE Set of Tires. All you had to do is throw the football thru the tire three times to get your name in the drawing. Everyone won a prize!

We took part in the following events as part of the Hi-Tech Tire Throw:
September 10th – Holland Christian @ Unity Christian in Jenson
September 17th – Rockford @ Grand Haven
September 24th – South Christian @ Caledonia
October 1st – Rockford vs. Muskegon @ Fifth Third Ball Park
October 8th – East Grand Rapids @ Lowell
October 22nd – TBD
October 28th – Playoff game TBD

Back to the Bricks Cruise Weekend

Northwest Tire & Hi-Tech Service participated in the 2010 Back to the Bricks Cruise weekend this past August. With more than 200,000 spectators and thousands of awesome vehicles, it was a positive event for us to be involved with. We are already looking forward to next year’s event!

Rockin’ Rides Car Show

Northwest Tire & Hi-Tech Service was rockin’ the show in late June as we partnered with Q106 radio in Lansing for their annual Rockin’ Rides Car Show. Although the weather was wet, we were offering great deals under the tent for those who battled the wind and rain!
